Just wanted to let you know how successful the flash drives were. Yesterday was the Tech Expo at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The drives were to be handed out to the first 1,000 people who attended and completed an online survey form.

It was scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. By 7:45 a.m. people were lined up for over a block and a half to get one. We were completely out of them by 11:00 a.m.

We had over 1500 additional people turn in the surveys and disappointed that they didn't get one. One man actually threw a pen at one lady that was working that booth because she didn't have one more drive hidden away for him. She didn't even know who he was other than he was a 'rocket scientist'.

I have given your name and company information to a lot of buyers with different companies and branches of Lockheed Martin.

We only had about a two week turn around and I, maybe like you, was apprehensive about placing the order feeling it was almost to good to be true. I was very impressed with the customer service Harry and Winnie (his counter part in Hong Kong)provided. I was unable to use our company department charge card as they do not accept AMEX. They both worked with me, knowing I had to get the vendor approval completed with our company for processing a PO and shipped out our order to meet our deadline before all the accounting was final. My manger was so impressed with the quality that we are currently placing another order for 201. (First order was for 180 USBs.)

Everything looks great - I was very nervous about placing the order without seeing one of the drives first, but they look great. The logo is very clear and legible, even on the small type; and the PMS colors match. I popped it onto my OS X PowerBook and it mounted immediately. I transferred over a 20 megabyte QuickTime movie (compressed for low playback data rates) and it played back perfectly. Thanks - this is exactly what I needed!

I just wanted to let you know that my order arrived on Monday.

Here's something you may want to pass on to support, sales and your webmaster...

With the newer "aluminum powerbook macs (G4 processor) and the new Mac G5 processor line of computers, the usb ports provided support USB 2.0 and 1.1
natively. The older macs and titanium line of powerbooks only support USB 1.1.

With that in mind, running Mac OS 10.3.5, I plugged in your USB007 device and my system instantly (no additional drivers needed) recognized your device (Apple System Profiler) as a USB2.0 storage device (480Mb/sec).

I ran a test, copying a 500MB file to it and I did achieve the usb 2.0 transfer rate...without the optional usb cable I purchased.

You may want to update your web pages to reflect this. It will surely increase your sales to Mac Users.

I bought a 64 Mbytes drive from you more than a year ago. It lives on my keychain.

I haven't had the connector cap for some time. It finally popped off when I wasn't looking and I gave up on trying to key the connector dust free. I just blow the dust out of it before using it.

A month ago I was hunting for my keys. After searching for an hour I realized that they were in my pants pocket, in the washing machine and they had just finished three wash & spin cycles with detergent and softener...

I let it dry overnight and it still works fine. And, it's much cleaner.

I had a similar situation as Tim S. from Austin, and am just as delighted with the resilience of the USB007. I forgot to remove the device from my
trousers pocket, my wife missed it too, and it ended up in the washing machine for the full washing and drying routine. I was so convinced that
it would be irreparably damaged that I did not even bother to check whether it was working when it came out (I also feared that the damaged circuitry
inside might harm my PC). After a few days, I decided to give it a try, and was practically floored to realize that everything worked perfectly,
and all my data was still there. So Tim's experience is not a one-off stroke of luck - the USB007 is definitely a very robust piece of equipment,
and I'm so glad I got it. This is one brand I will not think twice over for my future memory needs.

Your 1GB USB v.2.0 stick is remarkable. I like it for its neat elegance as well as its utility. (Some USB storage devices look like highlighter pens,
and about the same grotesque size.) Are there any 2GB devices on their way, or in development?

Dog Tags: Don't laugh just yet.

Our dog is one of the greatest joys we have. The entire family treats him like a favourite (Canadian spelling) child. To lose him would be unbearable. For this reason he wears dog tags. The cost eight dollars for four lines of information. Ever tried to fit enough information on four lines that ensures your pet is taken care of properly if it were found. Typically on normal dog tags there is enough room for an address and a phone number. What if your dog was lost while in the care of a neighbour because you were on vacation? Is your phone number going to be of any use? What if the dog needed medical attention due to an accident?

With USB ports now coming on all new computers I would love to see a small device which attaches to a collar which could store even 1MB of information. I would store his name, my name and address, home and mobile numbers, the name and phone numbers of my family members, his veteterinary clinic, any allergies,his behaviours (loves kids and dogs but only tolerates his own cat),the phone number of the company with which I have pet insurance in case he needs emergency care and any other information that may assist in his safe return.

The plastic case should be waterproof and indicate that important information is available by inserting the tag into a USB port of any computer running a Windows operating system. I'm sure that even at twenty bucks a pop pet stores would sell tons of them. Hundreds of lines of information for a cost of $20 or four lines at a cost of $8. Hands down winner. The owner could add the information in five minutes. If you pursue this idea all I would want for it is a lifetime supply of tags for my dogs and maybe one large USB stick for myself. You grab the patent.

I was very worried that it wouldn't work anymore due to water damage, but I just popped it into my computer and presto! No data had been lost and it was good as new! Dear sirs,

I've been using a pe-drive (128 Mb) from you for some months. During last month I had by pen-drive (with all the summer pictures) completely lost. Two
days ago my husband told me:

- I've woken up this morning thinking about a place where the pen drive can be and we haven't already looked at?

- Which place is it? - I asked

- The washing machine.- He answered. - In fact I have just looked at it and I have found it.

I have to explain at this point that I have a two years old baby that loves introducing things in the video recorder and in the washing machine.

Well, the final result:

AND THE WINNER IS..... THE PEN-DRIVE!.

Against all pronostics the device had resisted at least 30 washing processes (centrifuging operations included and big amounts of detergent) at 50 ^oC.
The pen drive works fine (once the water inside the device was removed) and no file have been lost.

Thought that I might add my own comments after scrolling through your comments page...

I purchased 2 of these units 3.5 weeks before Christmas of last year. A 64M unit, and 128M unit. I have heard nothing but compliments about them both. One I gave to my significant other, and I currently use it more than she. When taking it out in public places, people are amazed at it's size, and even more amazed when I tell them that it can store 44 times the information of a floppy disk. (64M) You should see jaws hit the ground!

I have given several referrals to your website while using this product. I do not know if they have helped you in any way, but I do know that my drive has been a real winner. I will be returning to your site shortly to purchase another 128M.

I've got a waterproof 128 drive, first impression it is a lot smaller than I excepted, and it is faster than I thought, there is no reason not be happy including its price. A 256MB waterproof would be interesting?

You have a great product. I ordered my first 64MB key because you had a great price, and I like the idea of cutting out the middlemanXI was quite pleased when about a week later the registered mail package arrived from Hong Kong. It worked great.

Unfortunately, after about a week I had to order another oneXsomehow while showing everyone I met my new useful toy, I lost it! I now have it attached to a small flashlight.

It was a great buy at the higher price I paidXand now that your prices are even lower, its even a better deal!

I just received my new 64MB Waterproof USB Drive, yesterday. I am so impressed with it I am going to order the 128MB version. The 64MB drive
will go to my wife, who is a school teacher. This is just the thing for her to transport school work.

Not only is the device very small and easy to use, I like the various partitioning options. I am a Webmaster and carry a substantial amount of
work back and forth to the office, and with the secure partition, I can protect my code. I used to either have to burn a CD or put the information
on a diskette. The diskette was small and susceptible to magnets, and both items tend to be a little fragile. Besides, neither fit into my pocket as
well as my USB drive.

Over the next week or so, I will be placing an order for another USB007 drive. Thanks for providing a product in accordance with what you promised
on your website.

I wanted to email you and let you know about a unique situation. My wife bought me one of your drives for Christmas to use between home and work, and I have put it through its paces already. Last week my wife calls me at work to tell me that she made a big mistake. During her daily laundry routine she told me that she forgot to go through my jeans pocket before her washing and while folding the jeans she noticed that something feel out. After looking at it she realized it was my USB drive. Worried and upset that the device had gone through a complete wash and dry, and was damaged, I told her to calm down and see if it still worked. As she kept me on the phone, she put the device in the USB port on her laptop, and much to her surprise, it initiated the drive and showed existing information that I had stored on it. After I got home from work I checked it out and as of this day I have not had any problems with its performance.

To me this was a amazing thing knowing that the device is not waterproof and sealed. I would have to say that this is a very reliable product.

As a backup and networking device, This USB007 is perfect. I learned about it in the Court Reporters Forum and went directly to the site and ordered it.
After not being able to figure out how to get the protective covering off (with quick responses from Alaric Vong of the Technical Support Team), I installed the little program from the floppy (flawless installation) and voila, there in Windows Explorer is Removable Disk (F:) and I created a folder and started copying and pasting files. Perfect. Installed the little program on my laptop and then was able to flawlessly copy and paste from my USB007 onto my laptop.
PERFECT. Also: quick and easy deletion of files from USB007. This is a lot better than my USB Zip Drive 250MB, a lot better!!

Thank you! When will larger capacity USB007 be available??? I love it!!

To Whom it Concerns,

I am a mobile contractor. I keep most of the data that I need to do my work on my USB drive when I travel.

I just wanted to take a brief moment to write about my latest experience with this drive.

Keep in mind, if you will, this drive is approaching 5 - 6 years of age. It was one of the models that first came out @ 128Mb.

Much to my demise 3 minutes ago, I opened my clothes dryer and it fell out. This obviously means that it went through a very good washing in my washing machine, and then got bounced and thrown around in the dryer @ probably 140+ degrees Fahrenheit.

Now, you can probably imagine the feeling I had when I saw it fall out of the dryer.

Very much to my surprise, I plugged the drive into my computer, and it initialized and all of my data is 100% intact! All my files are still there, the file table is not damaged, and all of my data is usable!

Many, many, many thanks and much praise is needed for this remarkable little device.
